Terms of Use

Atlas Concierge helps you plan travel, events, style, shopping, packing, local discovery, and relocation by researching real, live information (flights, listings, local businesses, weather, and similar sources) and generating a personalized plan based on what you tell it. It is a planning and research tool, not a travel agency, event planner, financial advisor, real estate broker, or legal service, and nothing Atlas generates is professional advice.

Recommendations are based on information available at the time they’re generated and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always verify anything time-sensitive or high-stakes (prices, availability, dates, legal requirements) directly with the relevant business, venue, or official source before relying on it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Atlas Concierge offers a free tier with usage limits and a paid subscription with expanded access. Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Stripe; by subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s own terms governing payment processing. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Don’t use the service for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Don’t attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service, or bypass usage limits.
• Don’t submit content that’s unlawful, infringing, or that impersonates another person.
• Don’t use Atlas Concierge to generate content you know is false in order to deceive a third party (for example, a business or booking platform).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Atlas Concierge integrates real third-party services (airlines and booking platforms, local business listings, real estate data, and others) to generate recommendations, and some links on the site are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure. We don’t control these third parties, aren’t responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or conduct, and any transaction you complete with them is between you and that third party under its own terms.

The Atlas Concierge name, branding, and site design are owned by JW Ventures LLC. Guide content and generated plans are provided for your personal use; you may not republish or resell them as your own without permission.

Atlas Concierge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of any recommendation. We do not guarantee that any price, listing, availability, or other detail surfaced by the service is current or correct at the time you act on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JW Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atlas Concierge, including decisions made or purchases completed based on its recommendations. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Atlas Concierge and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

If we make a material change, we’ll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Atlas Concierge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
